All merchandise orders are produced and fulfilled by an independent third-party supplier. NCPPA facilitates the order but does not manufacture, print, or ship merchandise directly.

By submitting payment for this invoice, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Production & Fulfillment: All items are custom-made per order. Production timelines are determined by the supplier and may vary based on quantity, materials, and availability.

• Final Sale with Limited Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of merchandise, all sales are final. Exchanges will be considered only in the event of a quality defect or supplier error (e.g., incorrect item, size, or design produced).

• Order Accuracy: The purchaser is responsible for verifying all order details (including sizes, quantities, colors, and designs) prior to submission. NCPPA and the supplier are not responsible for errors approved at the time of order.

• Reporting Issues: Any quality or order issues must be reported within [7] days of receipt. Exchange approval and resolution are subject to supplier review.

• Shipping & Delivery: Shipping timelines are estimates only. NCPPA is not responsible for delays due to production schedules, shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond its control.

• Support of Small Business: NCPPA proudly partners with and supports small businesses. Orders are placed in good faith with the understanding that reasonable flexibility and open communication are appreciated.
