The North Carolina Probation & Parole Association invites agencies, businesses, and community partners to support the 28th Annual Training Institute taking place September 2–4, 2026 in Greensboro, North Carolina.

This event brings together community supervision professionals from across the state for training, collaboration, and professional growth. Your support helps expand training access, enhance attendee experience, and strengthen the future of community supervision in North Carolina.

Welcome Tote Contributions

We welcome donations of promotional items or useful products for our attendee welcome totes. These items provide high visibility for your business and allow your brand to remain with attendees throughout the duration of the event and beyond.

  • notepads

  • hand sanitizer

  • snacks

  • wellness or convenience items

  • branded promotional materials

Raffle Item Donations

Businesses may also choose to donate items or gift certificates to be used as raffle prizes during the Training Institute. Raffle donations are a popular and engaging way to showcase your business while supporting the event experience. Donors will receive recognition during raffle drawings and appreciation throughout the conference.
