NCPPA 28th Annual
Training Institute

The NCPPA Training Institute reflects the mission and values of the North Carolina Probation and Parole Association, a member-driven association dedicated to promoting excellence in the field of community supervision.

The Training Institute serves as a unifying platform where criminal justice professionals and students from across North Carolina gather to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and advance the profession through collaboration and shared learning. By fostering meaningful connections and encouraging professional growth, the Institute reinforces NCPPA’s commitment to elevating community supervision and strengthening public safety.

This year’s theme, Excellence Beyond the Badge, highlights the dedication, leadership, and purpose that define the profession beyond titles and assignments.
