About the event
This year’s theme, “Reviving the Badge,” emphasizes professional motivation, resilience, and alignment with the NCDAC's mission and vision. The theme highlights the importance of maintaining a positive and professional presence both on and off duty, reinforcing that representation of the department extends beyond assigned work hours. The overall objective is for participants to leave the workshop with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to their role.
The workshop will feature a lineup of speakers who will share professional experiences and strategies for navigating challenging circumstances. A question-and-answer session with Division 1 leadership will also be included to provide clarity on expectations and direction for officers.
Additional appearances from departmental leadership are scheduled as part of the event.
